Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our pieces are available in limited quantities. As a small boutique, our space is thoughtfully curated and often features one-of-a-kind finds and small-batch collections. If an item you love is sold out, please contact us, we’re happy to check availability, confirm if a reorder is possible, or help you find a similar piece.
Can I see an item in person?
If you're local, we'd love to welcome you in-store. Contact us to confirm availability before your visit.
Do you offer custom or special orders?
Many of our furniture comes in different fabrics, finishes, and sizes. Reach out to our team and we'll happily guide you through the options.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada. For special delivery requests, please contact us directly.
How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-7 business days. Larger furniture order may take several weeks depending on supplier, location, and delivery method. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery for furniture and larger items. Rates and timing vary - our team will coordinate the details with you.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. We're happy to offer exchanges on non-damaged, regular-priced items in original condition for merchandise of equal or greater value, provided the replacement item is currently in stock. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can you help me choose pieces for my space?
Yes! Our store lead is also an interior designer, and more than happy to provide product recommendations, sourcing support and styling advice. We also offer multiple decor services which you can view here.
