In stock accessories ship within 3-7 business days. Any custom orders including pillows, rugs, and artwork require between 2-4 weeks for production before being delivered.
HOW DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
We use Canada Post for most orders. You also have the option to pick up your order if you are local to Montreal.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! If you would like to exchange any items please email info@shophibou.com & we will evaluate the exchange. Exchanges are at our discretion and maybe refused. We will then issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days. Items can be exchanged for other items of equal or greater value or for store credit.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are exchanged & not faulty.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost on exchanges.
Items to be exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for an exchange, return or repair. All sale or Promo items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges will be accepted.
