Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
We're happy to offer exchanges on non-damaged, regular-priced items for in stock merchandise of equal or greater value. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase or order number. Shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are exchanged and not faulty. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
Refunds:
Refunds may be considered in certain circumstances but are not guaranteed. Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss the situation so we can find the best solution.
Damaged Items:
We’re sorry you're item(s) arrived damaged! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will gladly exchange or refund your order. Please note that items purchased in-store, which have been inspected and verified for quality prior to purchase, are not considered damaged if they become damaged after purchase.
Exceptions:
Furniture, custom or special orders, and final sale items are not eligible for an exchange or refund unless received damaged. Please note some sale items may be on liquidation due to damage therefore we will communicate its condition with you before completing your order.
Any products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for an exchange, return or repair.
