Shipping policy

When will my order ship out?

In-stock accessories ship within 3–7 business days.

Custom or large-scale items, such as rugs, lighting, furniture, and wall art—may require special ordering, and delivery times will vary. Once your order is placed, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

If the item is in stock with our supplier, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, and in some cases, up to 6 weeks.

Please note items are delivered to our warehouse in Montreal, QC. We will then coordinate with you to arrange a delivery. Drop shipping is available on a case by case basis.

How does my order ship? 

We work with Click Ship to provide you with the fastest, safest and most economical shipping. Our most used courriers are UPS, ICS, GLS, and Canpar. 

If you are local to Montreal, you also have the option to pick up in store. 

How can I track my package? 

You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is free on orders $199.00 and above unless the product specifies otherwise.

Please note that for most larger scale items such as furniture and rugs, shipping will be calculated separately and does not fall under the policy above.

We ship from Montreal, Quebec.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to CANADA & U.S.A. (Excluding Hawaii & Alaska). Please note we ship to the U.S.A. on a case by case basis and additional shipping rates apply.
